Our Strategic Vision Toward a Sovereign Economy

Our work is built on achieving a qualitative leap by transforming raw materials, foremost among them phosphate, sulfur, and carbonates, into high-value finished and intermediate products, in accordance with the highest international quality standards and environmental innovation.

We strive relentlessly to achieve self-sufficiency, reduce dependence on imports, and boost national exports to generate foreign currency and strengthen industrial security in support of sustainable development.

Our field presence covers vital sites in Rural Damascus (quartz sand, tuff, and limestone quarries), Homs (Al-Qaryatayn sand quarry), Hama (manufacturing and processing plants), and Aleppo (Al-Jabboul and Amdan salt flats), in addition to strategic sites and salt flats in Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor.

Geographic Presence Across Six Governorates

The field system is completed by an advanced transport and customs clearance network, built through partnerships with leading specialized companies and supported by the electronic weighbridge project, which precisely manages and monitors the movement of weights, transport, and shipping across the six governorates.
